This is a magnetic coupler diagram. It's something I found over at homebuiltrovs.com His projects are inspiring, now if I can find half the space in my garage he has in his shop! :)
This design is significant in that there is no break in the WTC, and yet the motor is able to rotate the prop. I've got the PVC parts to play with this design a little. I'll post any results I'm able to come up with.
