The pic on the right is after I put the mesh assembly into the two 1" threaded ends. This was a bit of a challenge, but everything looks good. I'll have to test the mesh to make sure there's not a short circuit between them. I'll be surprised if there isn't, I can't be so lucky as to get it right the first time.

The pic on the left is the final assembly. I still need to put the positive and negative contacts in place, but it looks good for a test fitting. I'm surprised how small I was able make this. The original designs I had were much, much larger, and a lot more complex.
